3. Description of the service
Cedarbrook Waterworks provides pool pump, filter and heater diagnostic, repair and servicing visits as described on our Services page, priced as a starting range confirmed after an on-site assessment.
4. Eligibility & user obligations
You must provide accurate contact and access information when booking a visit, and ensure the equipment pad is reasonably accessible on the agreed date.
5. Bookings & payments
Prices shown are starting estimates; the confirmed price is agreed after the diagnostic step and before repair work proceeds. See the Payment & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy sections below for how changes are handled. Additional detail on service-specific terms is set out in our Service & Installation Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The content, layout and brand elements of this website belong to Cedarbrook Waterworks Ltd. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Results. Outcomes of a repair depend on the specific condition of your equipment; we do not promise a specific result beyond the scope described in your written estimate, and our liability is capped to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Payment & Refund Policy
Scope. This policy covers payments made for diagnostic visits and repair or maintenance work booked through Cedarbrook Waterworks.
Eligibility. If a repair does not resolve the diagnosed fault, contact us within 14 days of the visit and we will review the work at no additional diagnostic charge.
How to request. Email [email protected] or call +1 902-453-6829 with your visit date and a description of the issue.
Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable cases. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the visit has taken place, and parts already installed correctly to specification are not refundable where the fault lies outside the repaired component.
10. Cancellation Policy
How to cancel. Contact us by email or phone during working hours, Monday – Friday, 09:00–17:00.
Cancellation windows. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit incur no charge. Later cancellations may be subject to a trip fee to cover technician scheduling.
Rescheduling. We're glad to move your appointment to another date at no extra cost when possible, as an alternative to cancelling outright.
Cancellations by us. If we need to cancel due to weather or technician availability, we will offer a full refund of any deposit or a rebooking at your preference.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Nova Scotia.
